Dr. Naveen Talwar

A distinguished orthopedic surgeon, Dr.Naveen Talwar has dedicated his more than 35 years medical career to improving lives in Delhi & beyond.

For nearly two decades, Dr.Naveen Talwar treated patients at Sir Gangaram Hospital (SGRH), New Delhi which he joined in 1991. He served as Vice Chairman, Dept. of Orthopedics, SGRH till he opted to join the prestigious Fortis Group of Hospitals, NCR in 2009 as a senior consultant in the Dept. of Orthopedics, where he is presently working till date.

Dr.Talwar has also had a lengthy history of philanthropic work and volunteer service, including work with NGOs CANKIDS and SPARSH. CANKID KIDSCAN is a not for profit national society, for children with cancer and their families, dedicated to change for childhood cancer in India. SPARSH was started, with the intent of providing Free State of the art care to children with Kidney failure, who are awaiting Kidney Transplantation and is an exclusive pediatric dialysis center.

His work has earned awards from Delhi Orthopedic Association, Delhi Medical Association, University College of Medical Sciences and from URS Asia One (Orthopedic Surgeon of the year 2016-17)

His passion, on what he is currently working is “Strengthening Primary Care for Achieving True Rural and Urban Healthcare in India”

First Trust Digital Health, a Healthcare company he runs for Health care startups.
